1. Definitions and Interpretation

  1.  All courses(s) inside a package/program cost, or initial/token payments for training, are non-transferable. All correspondence with Heubert Academy must be sent from the same email address used to book the training. Participants are responsible for supplying an accurate and acceptable email address for all information sent via email.
  2. All Heubert Academy programs/packages/courses are non-transferable and must be completed within three months of starting the first course/module. Courses in packages and programs cannot be modified. Starting a profession in any industry, regardless of your current situation, degree, or work experience, necessitates dedication, hard work, motivation, determination, resilience, self-study, and tenacity. These characteristics/abilities are entirely dependent on the participant; do not sign up for our services unless you are confident. As a supplier, we can provide technical expertise, help them enhance their skills, and offer guidance. Academy and academic alliance courses are only available through our diploma degree.
  3. Participants are responsible for meeting the course prerequisites. All courses need participants to conduct self-study; it is an essential component of the training course. We strongly advise students to devote adequate time to self-study throughout and after the courses, reviewing and consolidating what has been covered to be well-prepared for the exam (if applicable).  Self-study utilizing the tools with various scenarios and data sets is required for the course.  A participant doesn't need to pass the exam following a training course, and we cannot guarantee that a participant will pass the certification exam after completing our training session.
  4. Recording equipment, recording software/applications of any type, and camera use are prohibited during training, which includes classroom, in-house, live online training, and mock examinations. Use of such equipment, software, or apps will result in exclusion from the training, forfeiture of the training cost, and possible legal action.
  5. No component of the training or mock test may be copied or transmitted in any form or by any means, electronic or mechanical, including recording, or by any information storage and retrieval system, without the prior consent of Heubert Academy at Contact@heubert.com.
  6. The practice questions, reference material, and any online items offered, suggested, or recommended before, during, and following the training are strictly for guidance. Heubert Academy cannot validate/verify the questions or answers, nor can it accept responsibility if they do not appear on the official certification test or if the exam fails for any reason. To improve learning, participants should self-study, do research, and refer to the course materials to confirm the questions and answers to the practice questions.
  7. The training and course materials supplied are intended to help participants prepare for their certification tests. Our courses may not cover all of the topics specified on the blueprint, syllabus, test goals, or course objectives. While every effort has been taken to ensure that all content is as thorough and correct as possible, neither the writers, trainers, nor Heubert Academy accepts any liability or obligation to any person or organization for any loss or damage resulting from our training or services. To safeguard intellectual property, Heubert Academy does not release the slides used in training.
  8. Heubert Academy can use your name, the name of your business, feedback, comments, recommendations, reviews, evaluations, test results, pictures, and videos from the course for its website and marketing, unless you tell them not to in writing.
  9. Heubert Academy is fully indemnified against any claims or litigation for loss, injury, or other harm to any person or object originating from the provision of any of its services and/or resources under applicable legislation. By visiting the site, you will be deemed to have freed and dismissed Heubert Academy from all liability that could arise. We cannot assume any responsibility for any loss, disruption, or damage to your data or your computer system that may occur while using this website.
  10.   Instalments must be paid according to the specified payment plan and cannot be modified.  If the instalment plan is violated, Heubert Academy reserves the right to charge the participant for the entire outstanding cost.  Training and related benefits will be frozen until the installments are paid in full, which includes the inability to attend training, take formal certification exams, or try mock tests.  The initial deadline for the official certification exam(s) or simulated test(s) will not be extended.
  11.   All courses, courses within packages, and programs must be completed in their entirety once started, following the provided timetable; pauses are not permitted unless granted in writing by Heubert Academy before registration at Contact@heubert.com.  If you are enrolled in a weekday package or program, some courses may be offered in weekend training.  If the course is not attended without notification of the specified timetable, it is deemed delivered. Heubert Academy is not obligated to provide the training again.
  12.  Enrolment will be confirmed upon acceptance of a request by email, phone, or Register Now form; it is a formal and legal commitment by the participant or their company to complete training and/or services. Once we get the request, we reserve the participant's seat, organize the course materials, and assign the trainer and other resources needed to provide the training. If the person does not attend the training, it is cancelled or postponed, and we lose money. As a result, if the booking is cancelled, postponed, or the participant/organization does not attend the course, the invoice will remain unpaid.
  13. Payment can be made by EFT, Cheque, Credit Card, or Purchase Order (for Credit Clients only). A 3% surcharge applies to payments made via credit cards. By paying the fee, you confirm having the authority to use the credit card or bank account you are using to pay the fee.
  14. Course fee does not include the certification exam fee unless advertised on the specific course page under the “What is included” section. The exam fee is only included if the words “Includes Official Exam Fee” are present under the What is included section for unexpired/available exams. The exam, however, is not included if it has expired or is no longer available.
  15. Once course materials are provided, they cannot be exchanged.
